December Board Meeting

Meeting Notes:

The Board renewed the management agreement with PMP as well as the gym equipment maintenance agreement with East Coast Fitness. The Board by a vote of 5 to 0 to 2 approved a pool pump replacement bid from Mosaic. The Board also accepted a bid by Handyman Matters to do mold remediation in the pool bathrooms and pool party room.
